From a Patient's Perspective

I have always taken good care of my teeth, and have gone to what I considered to be several good dentists in the Syracuse area over the years.

When I switched to Dr. Grasso's office a couple of years ago,  it was because I had heard he was "the best," from one of his patients. I also looked him up on

Google of course, where he has hundreds of positive reviews.

Wow... that's a Lot of Reviews!

I had never seen a dentist with so many reviews and was really curious about two things. They were  1) How did they get so many people to go to the trouble

of writing a review and 2) what was so special about going to the dentist that would inspire someone to do that?

The office is so friendly that I didn't hesitate to ask Angela, his office manager those questions.  She gave me a few answers, but as I frequented the office for dental appointments,

I quickly discovered that the answer was not because of one big reason... it was a result of hundreds of little reasons.

I was so impressed that I decided to share it with you in a series of blog articles starting tomorrow.

I hope that, as you hear about my experiences as well as stories I've been told by other patients,

you'll get answers to some of your questions too.  I'd also love to hear your stories and thoughts about the blog, so please send me your questions here

at questions@syracusenydentist.com.

Cheers,

Judy S.

P.S. The first entry will be called "Chair Knowledge"... with a tip that I guarantee you won't forget!
