Anthony J. Grasso, Jr., DDS
Dr. Grasso is a lifelong resident of the Syracuse New York area. He has been married to Caterina Ranieri Grasso since 1991 and they have three children together, Joseph, Vincent & Sofia. When not in the office, Dr. Grasso enjoys exercising and competitive international ballroom dancing.
Dr. Grasso is committed to learning about all aspects of dentistry including new advances in dentistry such as Invisalign ®, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. Dr. Grasso wants his patients to always feel that when they walk into his dental office, they will be thoroughly cared for and that all their dental needs will be met.
He graduated from Liverpool high School in 1982. He received a B.S. degree in Biology in 1986 from LeMoyne College and thereafter received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Grasso completed his dental residency in 1991 at SUNY Health Science Center. Dr Grasso has been in private practice, family dentistry since 1991.
While at SUNY Buffalo, Dr. Grasso was awarded The Victor A. Fumia Award for excellence in fixed prosthodontics. He also received the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Award for outstanding ability and interest in the field of pain control.
On days when Dr. Grasso is not in the office, he is at VanDuyn Home and Hospital performing dental therapies on disabled and elderly residents.
Dr. Grasso is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and Onondaga County Dental Society. Dr. Grasso is past president of the Syracuse Dental Seminar.
Patricia Bendura
Patti has been a dental hygienist in our office since February, 2010. She has been married 18 years to Scott and has 3 wonderful sons. In her free time she enjoys riding bikes and collecting giraffe figurines and tea sets.
Patti is committed to bringing the best available dental care to all her patients.
Angela Carbone
Angela Carbone is a native of the Liverpool area and has been married over eleven years to Geoff who is an associate pastor at a local church. Angela has a human services degree from OCC. In her ten years as an assistant for Dr. Grasso, Angela most enjoys the personal interactions with her patients and loves the opportunity to make them feel good about their smiles. In her free time, Angela enjoys singing on her church worship team.
Angela Hartough
Angela Hartough has lived in the Syracuse area for 20 years, having come from the Ft. Myers, Florida area. She has two sons, Kyle and Killian. Angela has been with Dr. Grasso’s office for five years. As the office manager, Angela enjoys helping patients receive the dental care they deserve by working with the financial needs of each patient.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys cooking, entertaining, and gardening.
